We hope you are fully satisfied with every Burt's Bees Baby purchase you make.

We believe strongly in our products and their quality. If you are not pleased with your purchase please return your unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise to us within the thirty (30) days of purchase for a refund or a replacement. If you would like to Exchange an item(s) please call us at 1-855-540-BABY (2229) toll free from 9am-5pm ET Monday - Friday (except major U.S. holidays). All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

If you purchased a product as part of a gift set, the entire gift set must be returned within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.

Returning an Item/Order Via a Pre-Paid Label:

Please contact our Customer Service Team toll-free at 855-540-2229 or via email to info@burtsbeesbaby.com to initiate a return. If your items meet the Return conditions, our Customer Service team will be glad to create and send you a prepaid return label. If using our prepaid label, $7.00 will be deducted from your refund, once your return has been processed

Returning the item on your own?

Please contact our Customer Service Team toll-free at 855-540-2229, or via email to info@burtsbeesbaby.com to initiate a return. If your items meet the Return conditions, our Customer Service team will issue you an RMA number so your refund can be processed expediently once it arrives. Please pack your items in a box with your Return and/or Original Order number and send to:

For the fastest return processing, use the return label supplied by Customer Service after obtaining you Return Authorization and mail at any authorized shipping location (do not use a drop box). Complete the form on the bottom section of your packing slip, and enclose it with your merchandise. Mail your shipment to:
