Rated 5 out of 5 by Emily24 from Why the onesies are “tight” So I’ve been buying my daughter these pjs since she was a newborn and she’s currently 16 months old. I decided for once to scroll down to read the reviews and everyone is complaining about how tight they are. Guys..these pjs don’t have flame retardant chemicals on them like 99.9% of clothing does which isn’t the best thing for your babies. That is why they are tight so that it is “less” likely to god forbid.... catch on fire. Burts Bees is doing us a favor!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by Hannah from So tight! I'd like to invite whichever of your designers decided that "slim fit" was a good idea for infants over to my house at bedtime to attempt to squeeze my squirming, screaming 7 week old into this 3-6 month sleeper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by MamaO2 from Size up! Burt’s Bees, please make your footie jammies stretchier or wider! My son is on the smaller side. He’s 9 months and wearing 6-9 month sizes. He will only fit in a 12 month Burt’s Bees footie jammie. They’re a little long on him, but they’re a little snug on his arms and legs. He is not by any means chunky or big, running in the 12th percentile for his weight. I love the material, but I hope Burt’s Beex will remedy this situation so I could buy more for my kids.

Rated 4 out of 5 by trsomero from Cute but tight sleeves I wore this on my son in the hospital and love it, besides it is SUPER tough getting his hands through the sleeve ends!! The end cuffs are a bit funny too, so long and kind of stiff. We called them his “paddles.” With the mittens it was hard to keep his hands all the way up in them. Once you could get his hands through and rolled the cuffs over, they weren’t bad. If the cuffs were a bit less restrictive, these would be 5 star jammies! The pjs were a bit roomy too. For reference this is a newborn size and he was 7# 8oz and 20” at birth.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kennarae from Even cuter in person. I bought this for my six month old. She weighs 18 pounds. It fits her very nicely all around except for the elastic in the angles it’s a bit too tight. And it says 6 to 9 months but I don’t think it’s going to last her more than maybe a month and that’s pushing it. Should’ve got a size up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BH1121 from Great Quality I bought this for my son and I cannot wait for him to wear it. I have always loved the burt’s bees baby stuff and the quality of their pjs is excellent. I have friends who buy their clothing and I love the weight & snuggness of the material for babies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Johanna from Love the tree pattern My son is not tall & skinny, but I think it works for him anyway. It's not too tight, just form fitting. The arms roll up easily, and the elastic around the feet keep his feet in the footies.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Isozonus from Cute but dumb design Whoever thought it was a good idea to make baby clothes with tight elastic around the ankle and narrow, unstretchy cuffs that you can’t get the baby’s fist through without stretching to the point of breaking the seam should be fired from Burt’s Bees. Putting these on a squirming chubby baby is a complete nightmare and more trouble than it’s worth. Plus a scratchy tag on the inside and rough label just below the neck. Very disappointed.
