HOW-TO

To Use: Change wet and soiled diapers promptly. Cleanse the diaper area and allow to dry. Apply ointment liberally, as often as necessary, with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So thick! Thick is what you want in a diaper cream so it sticks to the bottom and creates a barrier. This stuff is better than tripple paste. I just wish it didn't cost quite so much or maybe they had a large tub that was more cost effective.
