The material and sizing of the onesie is great, however, when we went to put the pajamas on, we noticed that the button clip was completely broken off. Because of this, we were unable to clip the top of the onesie.

The only consistency is inconsistency!
As with every single BB pj purchase or gift for 2 kiddos over many years, the sizing is consistently well off. These fit like a baggy sack, twice as long as our 9 months legs and they are 9 month pjs! BB customer service hasn’t responded. Guess they don’t stand by their product. It’s not on the customer to have to deal with poor quality control, but here we all are, taking time to contact service or send back for replacements and refunds. Will this ever be corrected Burts Bees?!

I love burts bees pjs, but the loose fit ones get stretched around the collar and wrists. The fitted ones are too tight around the wrists so I just wish they could meet somewhere in the middle.
