1.  To initiate your return, click Product Return below. 2.  Enter your order number and zip code. 3. Select any convenient Return Bar location for drop off. No packaging or label is required.

 *Free Return only applies to those that are dropped off and for returns containing 9 (nine) or more items two separate returns may need to be submitted. 

Return Policy Guidelines:

Our return policy holds that items are eligible for return up to 30 days after the original receipt (delivery date noted on tracking). All returns require pre-authorization and must meet all return conditions.

Please note that  the return window for 2023 purchases has expired

Items considered eligible must be unwashed, unworn, free from debris including pet hair, and have original tags or packaging. The entire set must be returned if you purchased a product as part of a set.  Items marked Final Sale, The Baby Bee Box, Baby Bee Bags,  and gift cards cannot be returned. Underwear may be returned if all items are unworn and in the original packaging.  Your return will expire two (2) weeks from the issue date, please return back promptly as we cannot reauthorize expired returns. Any items received that do not meet the conditions, do not have prior authorization, or are outside of the timeframe will not be refunded, credited, or returned. Please note we do not process exchanges and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We are committed to upholding the excellence of our product. If you find a quality concern with an item, contact us by using the  REPORT QUALITY button above.  For an item with a quality issue, we will gladly offer you a merchandise credit for the purchase price or provide a replacement of the same style and size. In this context, quality pertains to any defects concerning the fabric, construction (including zipper, snaps or buttons), or product trim.   Items that have or show wear and tear, shrinkage within 2-5%, or simply do not fit are not considered defective.

We do not accept returns for items not purchased on If you bought a Burt's Bees Baby product from anywhere other than, please reference the return policy of the company you bought it from.
