In response to COVID-19, we are being flexible with some of our policies.

  • Shipping: Our worker bees are busy (bzzzzz-y) with your order, but please note that our carrier partners are currently experiencing a larger than normal package volume. As a result, we cannot guarantee order delivery times 
  • Returns:  We’ve extended our return policy. Effective March 20, 2020 through June 20, 2020 eligible* items will be authorized for return within 60 days of delivery. *Items must be unwashed with tags attached. Final sale items are excluded. 
  • Employee Support:  Our warehouse team in addition to following all CDC guidelines have implemented additional safety processes and cleaning measures.  Our Main office has been closed since early March, with work-from-home support and flexibility extended to all team members.
